Pricing
Land clearing is quoted before the machine comes off the trailer. Rob looks at the lot, in person or from photos and a pin on the map, and gives you one flat number for the clearing, the loading and the hauling.
Brush is priced by the load: $225 quarter, $350 half, $525 three-quarter, $700 full, all-inclusive. Root balls and stumps are in the number. Dirt doesn't ride in the dump trailers; Rob partners with dump trucks for that and quotes it per job. Rob tells you which is which before he starts.
If a lot is bigger than a machine-and-a-trailer job, Rob says so and points you to a clearing contractor rather than quoting something he can't do well. The number is set up front and it holds. Call or text photos of the lot for a free quote.

Sometimes. Some trees and wetlands are protected, and cities have their own rules. Check with Polk County or your city before clearing. Rob will tell you if your job is the kind that usually needs a permit, but the permit is yours to pull.

Rob clears small trees, palms and anything already down. Large trees near a house or power lines should come down by a tree service first. Then Rob hauls the trunks, limbs and root balls.
Polk County first: Polk City, Lake Wales, Dundee, Frostproof, Fort Meade and the lots around Davenport. Also south Lake County toward Groveland and Mascotte, and east Hillsborough around Plant City. Rob is honest about drive time on the longer ones, and about size: small lots, not tracts.
Haul it. The dump trailers come with the machine, so what gets cleared leaves the same day. If you want a burn pile or mulch left on site instead, say so when you book.
