Lake County for Rob means the south end. Four Corners, where Lake, Polk, Orange and Osceola meet on US-27, is a vacation-rental and new-subdivision zone that feels like an extension of Davenport. Turnovers, furniture, HOA-timed pickups. Then US-27 climbs north into the hills toward Clermont, which is not flat Florida: Lake Minneola, the Citrus Tower, the Clermont Chain of Lakes and the National Training Center.
Clermont splits in two. South Clermont along US-27 is subdivisions and vacation rentals. The older downtown and the lakefront have established homes and remodels. It's also where clermontceliac showed up to a jobsite with more refuse than expected and Rob had a dump trailer there the same day and helped load it. Contractor trailer drops are a big share of Lake County work.
West on SR-50 the county goes rural fast. Minneola is a Turnpike growth corridor with new subdivisions and construction debris. Groveland and Mascotte have acreage lots, new builds and brush. That's skid steer country: lot clearing, brush removal, grading for a pad or a driveway. It's an hour from the yard, so Rob schedules it and often pairs it with other Lake County stops.

Four Corners is about 25 minutes from the yard and usually same day. Clermont and Minneola are about 45 to 50 minutes. Groveland and Mascotte are close to an hour. Those are scheduled, typically next day, and Rob will say so when you call.
The single-item price is the minimum. For the farther SR-50 towns Rob may suggest pairing a small pickup with a day he's already in Clermont so the drive doesn't inflate the price.
Yes, and a contractor in the reviews had exactly that happen the same day he called. The 14 and 16-yard trailers fit on tight lots and in driveways, and Rob drops them himself.
