Do you take appliances and mattresses with everything else?
Yes. Fridges, washers, dryers, every mattress in the house. It all goes on the trailers with the rest. Empty and unplug the fridge the night before if you can.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
No. Plenty of owners never come at all. Rob sends a before video that names what's going, an after video room by room, and a clip of the lock-up with the lights off and the key where you asked. Hand over a code, watch the videos, pay remotely.
