Where pasture is turning into yards in Loughman

Loughman was pasture and a few old homes on big lots twenty years ago. Now Deer Run Estates, Grand Reserve and Heritage Pass line the parkway, and the rural strip left between them is the land clearing work. An old house on acreage sells, and the buyer wants the fence line cleared, the palmetto pushed back, and a pad for a workshop. Or a subdivision owner backs up to one of those strips and wants the scrub off the property line.

The subdivision side of Loughman calls for something smaller. A backyard upgrade means the old fence comes out, the hedge line goes, and maybe a corner gets leveled for a shed. The stand-on mini fits through a standard gate and does it without tearing up the lawn. The full-size Kubota handles anything with a double gate. Either way the debris leaves in the trailer the same visit. Sheds already in pieces, deck boards from a repair and the panels from a fence upgrade ride out with the brush. Fill dirt to raise a low corner is a separate quote through partner dump trucks.

Ten minutes out, so usually same day

Loughman is 6 road miles and about 10 minutes up US-17-92 from the yard, on the way to ChampionsGate and Kissimmee. That makes it one of the few places the machine can come the same day you call. Rob looks at the lot on his way past, or works from photos and a video, and quotes flat: $350 for a half trailer, $525 for three-quarters, $700 for a full, machine time quoted with the job. Bigger clearing jobs still get booked ahead so the Kubota comes on its own trailer.
