Master-planned communities like Triple Creek, more than a thousand acres, are still selling, and national builders have new phases opening.
The housing is overwhelmingly new: two-story stucco on a slab, two-car garage, HOA, built since 2005 and much of it since 2015. Older Riverview along the Alafia River has ranch homes and bigger lots, but the volume is in the subdivisions. Everyone here just moved in, or is about to.
