Moving makes junk twice. On the way out, there's the stuff you decided not to take: the old couch, the grill, the shelves that won't fit the new place, and the trash from the last day. On the way in, there's the cardboard. Christopher in Davenport called it a mountain of cardboard, and said getting it gone was quick, easy and worth the cost.

Move-out day is the one with the deadline. The lease ends, the buyers walk through, or the landlord inspects. Sarah was moving out and needed all her trash and unwanted furniture gone. Rob came the same day and was in and out in no time. When you're close to Davenport and call before noon, that's the normal version.

New subdivisions from Davenport to Loughman to Horizon West fill with families unpacking every week, and the county trash truck takes a limited amount of boxes at a time. Rob's crew takes it all in one stop: cardboard, packing paper, foam, the crate the fridge came in, and whatever else didn't survive the move.

Landlords use the same service between tenants. A unit left half full is a half-day problem if you're doing it alone and an hour if the crew is. Rob can meet you at the walkthrough, take photos of what stays, and have the place broom-clean before the next showing. If you're a tenant trying to get a deposit back, tell him the inspection time and he'll beat it.
