Pricing
Demolition is quoted as one flat number that covers the tear-down, the loading and the haul. Rob looks at photos or walks the job, then gives you the price before anyone picks up a tool.
Wood, metal and vinyl ride on the dump trailer at the flat load rates: $225 quarter, $350 half, $525 three-quarter, $700 full. Concrete is different. It doesn't go in the trailers; Rob partners with dump trucks and recyclers to haul it out and quotes that per job. Tile carries an extra dump-fee charge. Rob tells you which applies before the first break, not after.
Skid steer time, when the job needs it, is part of the quote. So is the sweep at the end. What isn't included is a permit fee if your city or the county wants one. Small-structure demo is in-house; when a job needs permits or a licensed contractor, Rob partners with a general contractor and tells you that up front.

It depends on the size, the structure and whether it's in a city or unincorporated Polk County. Check with your city or the Polk County building department. Rob will tell you if your job is the kind that usually needs one, but he's a hauler, not the permit office. When a job needs a permit or a licensed contractor, he partners with a general contractor rather than winging it.
Have it disconnected before demo day. Anything underground needs to be located first. Sunshine 811 is the free Florida service that marks buried utility lines; call them a few days ahead. Rob won't dig or cut until lines are marked and power is off.
If the shed is pre-1980 and you're unsure what the siding or paint is, get it tested first. Asbestos siding and lead paint are a licensed abatement job, not a hauler's. Newer metal, resin and wood sheds are no problem.
Most sheds and fences are a morning. A deck is a morning to a day depending on size. A concrete driveway depends on thickness and square footage; the skid steer speeds it up a lot. Rob gives you a time estimate with the quote.
Yes. That's the point. The crew loads as they demo, and the trailer leaves with everything. If a job fills more than one trailer, Rob says so up front and plans the runs.
