These terms cover use of this website and the junk removal, dump trailer rental, demolition and land clearing services Big Rob's Hauling provides in Davenport, FL and the surrounding counties.

Quotes and pricing
Quotes are free and are based on the information you give us, including photos. A quote becomes the price when you accept it. If the job turns out materially larger than described, we will tell you before loading and agree on the adjusted load size.
Payment is due when the job is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing.
What we can and cannot haul
We haul items that are legal to transport and that the disposal facility accepts. We may decline hazardous, regulated or unsafe materials at the job site. See the What We Take page.
Dump trailer rentals
You are responsible for the trailer while it is on your property, for loading it safely and within any stated limits, and for not placing prohibited materials in it. Placement is at the customer's direction; we are not responsible for surface damage from normal placement on a driveway or yard.
Scheduling
Same-day service depends on truck availability and is not guaranteed for every call. We will give you the most accurate time we can and update you if it changes.
