Some jobs don't need a hauler so much as a machine and someone who knows how to run it. Rob brings the Kubota compact track loader on the trailer, with a grapple for brush and debris and a bucket for dirt, gravel and grading. The photos on this site show it clearing a residential lot, pulling a palm out of a landscape bed, and loading a cabinet into the dump trailer. It's the same machine every time.

What people call about: piling and loading brush after a tree job, clearing a fence line, moving block or pavers from the driveway to the back yard, spreading a load of fill, pushing over a rotten shed, and lifting the stuff no crew wants to carry. Manuel has hired Rob for several landscaping demolition jobs and says the team goes above and beyond. Sarah, a repeat customer, says they're quick to get whatever land clearing or cleanout you need done.

Tracks matter in Central Florida. The machine runs on rubber tracks, so it crosses a wet yard or sand without sinking the way a wheeled skid steer does, and it fits through a standard double gate. Tell Rob what your gate opening is and what the ground is like. He'll tell you what fits your lot and whether the smaller stand-on machine is the better pick for a tight backyard.

Two machines, both Rob's own. The compact track loader takes the grapple, the bucket and the hydraulic breaker; it's the one in the photos pulling a palm, loading a boat trailer and breaking a patio. The stand-on mini takes a grapple of its own and gets through a gate the big one can't. Both ride out on Rob's trailer, so the machine and the operator arrive together and the dump trailer is already there to haul what they move.
