Can you remove a deck that's attached to the house?
Yes, as long as the deck isn't holding anything up. The crew unbolts the ledger from the house and takes the deck down without touching the structure. If the deck supports a roof or a room, that's beyond small-structure demo.
Will you take just the old deck boards a contractor left?
Yes. That's a regular pickup. A customer had excess wood from a deck repair picked up within two days at a fair price. Send a photo of the pile and Rob quotes it.
Do you pull the posts out of the ground?
