Hillsborough is on Rob's map because Brandon and Tampa were on his original site's list, and because the I-4 corridor makes Plant City a straight shot from Polk. Plant City is the strawberry capital, with a historic downtown, older homes and rural acreage on the east side of the county. That's estate cleanouts and land clearing, the kind of jobs that justify an hour's drive.
Brandon is a large Tampa suburb of 1980s and 1990s subdivisions around the Westfield mall. Valrico, just east, is 1990s and 2000s subdivisions. Riverview, south of Brandon, is one of the fastest-growing suburbs in the region with new construction everywhere. Garage clears, estate cleanouts and builder debris. Rob covers these as scheduled runs, not same-day.
Tampa itself Rob scopes to the east side and the I-4 corridor, and it's in scope on purpose: with two trucks, one can run west while the other covers Polk. He won't promise a 20-minute arrival in Tampa and won't pretend the drive is free. What works is the bigger job: a whole-house cleanout, a multi-trailer estate, a lot to clear. Plant City is about 55 minutes from Davenport. Brandon and Valrico about 70. Riverview and east Tampa close to 80. These are scheduled jobs, usually a day or two out, and Rob groups them. Same day is not realistic here and he'll say so.
For a drive this long, Rob is honest that a single small item may not make sense for either of you. Larger jobs, multi-load cleanouts, land clearing and trailer rentals are what he takes on in Hillsborough. Call and describe it; he'll give you a straight answer.
Yes, scheduled. Rob drops the 14 or 16-yard trailer himself and picks it up when you're done. Because of the drive, he'll plan the drop and the pickup as one trip each.
