Osceola starts for Rob at I-4 exit 58. ChampionsGate is a resort and vacation-rental city that didn't exist a generation ago, with gated rental subdivisions still under construction. That produces short-term-rental turnovers, furniture swaps and builder debris all year. Celebration, the Disney-planned town just east, has strict community standards, so pickups there are about timing and not leaving anything at the curb.
Kissimmee is the county seat and the old heart of the county. The US-192 tourist corridor and Old Town run west toward the parks, with motels, vacation homes and 1970s to 1990s ranch houses behind them. Downtown Kissimmee sits on Lake Tohopekaliga. The work here is whole-house cleanouts, rental turnovers and estate jobs in the older ranch stock. Sonjia's four-bedroom, three-bath cleanout that took multiple full trailers was a Kissimmee house.
Poinciana is the giant unincorporated planned community straddling the Polk and Osceola line, with the Solivita 55-plus community inside it. That's downsizing, estate cleanouts and rental turnovers. St. Cloud, out on East Lake Toho, has an older downtown and fast growth along the Narcoossee corridor. It's the farthest Osceola stop, about 45 minutes, and Rob schedules it rather than promising same day.

ChampionsGate is about 15 minutes from the yard. Poinciana about 20. Celebration and Kissimmee under 30. Those are same-day most days when you call before noon. St. Cloud is about 45 minutes and usually scheduled for the next day.
No minimum beyond the single-item price. Rob picks up one couch in Kissimmee or one mattress in Celebration on the way to and from bigger jobs.
Yes. Rob drops the trailer himself. Give him the gate code and any HOA rules on placement and timing. In Celebration and the ChampionsGate rental communities he'll plan the drop and pickup around the community standards.
