Dead citrus and ridge oaks around Frostproof

Frostproof is the town the 1894 freeze didn't kill, and it's still ringed by groves. Some of them are dead now. A buyer picks up a few acres off US-27 or a strip along Reedy Lake and finds rows of dead trees, a fence gone to vines, and the big ridge oaks dropping limbs every fall.
