Rob scopes Orange County honestly. He doesn't claim downtown Orlando or the east side. What he covers is the west: Horizon West and Hamlin, a fast-growing new-build district in southwest Orange with construction debris, garage clears and furniture swaps in houses still under warranty. Windermere and the Butler Chain of Lakes have higher-end homes and gated communities, which means remodel debris and careful indoor pickups.
Winter Garden has two sides. The historic downtown on Plant Street with the West Orange Trail running through it has older bungalows and estate cleanouts. The Hamlin side is new construction. West Orlando proper is where Rob has done dump trailer drops in tight lots. Rachel rented a trailer for a family-home cleanout in Pine Hills and wrote that the owner himself dropped it, backing it through a narrow gate down a heavily wooded drive.
The trade-off is drive time. Horizon West is about 35 minutes from the yard. Windermere, Winter Garden and west Orlando are 45 to 50. Rob groups Orange County jobs and schedules them, and he's up front that it's usually next day, not 20 minutes. Bigger jobs and trailer rentals make the drive worth it for everyone.
