Polk is big. It runs from the Four Corners vacation-rental sprawl at the Osceola line down through citrus country to Frostproof and Fort Meade, and west past Lakeland to the Hillsborough line. Rob's yard sits in the fast corner: Davenport, Haines City, Loughman, ChampionsGate and Posner Park, where new subdivisions open every month along US-27 and I-4. Move southwest and the towns get older and the lots get bigger.
