Concrete and dirt don't go in the trailers at all; Rob partners with dump trucks and recyclers for those and quotes them per job. Tile rides, but carries an extra dump-fee charge. Shingles ride and are the load most likely to pass 2 tons.

When it's full, Rob hooks up and tips it at the landfill. You get the same thing done with less mess on your pavement.
Often the same day. A contractor in Clermont called from a jobsite with more debris than expected and had a trailer dropped and loaded that afternoon. Rob runs two trucks out of Davenport, and trailers turn around at the landfill the same day they come back. Call before noon.
A 14-yard holds about six or seven pickup loads: a packed one-car garage or a deck tear-out. A 16-yard holds about seven or eight: a two-car garage or a shed plus its slab. If you're between sizes, go bigger. A second trip costs more than the difference.
$350 for the 14-yard, $400 for the 16-yard. Both are a 3-day rental with 2 tons of weight included, and the number covers the drop, the pickup and the dump run. Extra days are $40 each. Those are the published rates on Rob's booking page, confirmed September 2026.
Three days are included with every rental. If the job runs long, it's $40 per additional day. Tell Rob up front how many days you think you need and he'll set the pickup to match. Most garage cleanouts and small remodels fit in the three.

No. Paint, solvents, oil, propane, pool chemicals and batteries never go in. Polk County residents can drop household hazardous waste free at the county facility at the North Central Landfill in Winter Haven. If the landfill finds it in the load, it comes back on you, so keep it out.
