The price holds. Suzanna wrote that the crew gave her a fair flat rate to clear her dad's house to sell. If a house takes fewer loads than Rob guessed, you pay for fewer loads. If it takes more, he tells you before loading the next one.
The loads are published: $350 for a half trailer, $525 for three-quarters, $700 for a full, all-inclusive. Concrete and dirt are the exception, quoted per job through Rob's dump-truck partners because they don't ride in the trailers. Rob brings more than one dump trailer and a crew, and the Kissimmee job in the reviews, a four-bedroom, three-bath house with a garage that took two full trailers, was one of the big ones. No. Noah had his garage cleaned out remotely over two FaceTime calls and spent about fifteen minutes total on it. Out-of-state families clearing a parent's house do the same. Share a code, walk the crew through by video, pay remotely.
Yes, within reason. Tell the crew what to set aside and they'll pull it as they load, case by case, usually for Goodwill or the Salvation Army. On Suzanna's dad's house they hauled what could not be donated and sorted out what could. If you need slow, careful sorting of every box, ask Rob about crew time.
Flat, by trailer load, quoted before the work. A single-car garage is usually a half trailer. A full house is several loads. Rob counts them on a walkthrough and gives you one number that holds.
They stay behind. Rob doesn't take paint, solvents, oil, propane, pool chemicals or batteries. Polk County residents can drop them free at the county facility at the North Central Landfill in Winter Haven, and the crew will set them to one side so they're easy to load in your car.
The crew sweeps floors and the driveway when the trailers are loaded. Deep cleaning, carpets and repairs are a different trade. Rob can tell you who he's seen do good work.
