The 14-yard is the trailer for most homeowner jobs. A standard pickup bed carries about two to two and a half cubic yards, so this trailer swallows six or seven of those trips in one drop. That's the garage you've been meaning to clear, the old deck you finally pulled up, or the shingles off a small roof.
It's a dump trailer, so it rides behind Rob's pickup and backs into a normal driveway without a roll-off truck tearing up the pavement. Rachel in Pine Hills rented one for a family-home cleanout and wrote that Rob dropped it himself, backing it through a narrow gate down a wooded drive. If you have a gate, a tight turn or a soft yard, tell Rob and he'll say whether it fits.
Load it on your schedule. Keep it level, keep it under the rails, and put the heavy stuff low and toward the front. When it's full, call. Rob's two trucks run landfill trips most days and trailers go back out the same day they come in, so pickup is usually quick. If you'd rather not lift, the crew can load it with you or for you.

Will a 14-yard trailer fit in my driveway?
Almost always. It's towed behind a pickup, so if a truck can back into your driveway, the trailer can follow. Gates and tight turns are fine most of the time. Tell Rob what you've got and he'll say yes or no before he drives out.
How much does a 14-yard dump trailer hold?
About six or seven standard pickup loads. In real jobs that's a full one-car garage, a deck tear-out, or the shingles off a small house. If you're not sure it'll all fit, the 16-yard is the safer pick.
Can I load it myself?
Yes. That's the point of renting. Fill it on your time, keep it under the rails, put the heavy stuff low and forward. If you want a hand, ask Rob about crew time when you book.
