Appliances are heavy, boxy and usually wedged somewhere they barely fit. A fridge out of a galley kitchen, a deep freezer out of a garage corner, a washer down two steps to the driveway. Rob's crew does this weekly and the reviews say what matters: Amelia's fridge came out without damaging the walls, and Danna's fridge and deep freezer went with no issues.

Do this before the crew arrives if you can: empty it, unplug it, and if it's a fridge or freezer, give it a night to defrost with the door open. Disconnect the water line on a fridge or washer. If you can't, tell Rob when you book and the crew will handle the simple disconnects. Gas stoves need the gas shut off by you or a plumber first.

Fridges and freezers: yes, Rob takes them. They go to the scrap yard, where the refrigerant is recovered before the metal is recycled, so nothing gets dumped with the gas still in it. Everything else, from washers to water heaters, goes as scrap metal where the facility takes it.
