Mulberry grew up around phosphate a century ago, and the frame and block houses from those boom years still line the streets near the old depot at SR-60 and SR-37. Rob books it a day or two out with Bartow, Highland City and Lakeland, and he brings both trailers so the job finishes on one visit. Out-of-town family can handle it all by phone, pay remotely, and get photos of every empty room. Floors and the driveway get swept before the crew leaves.
