A storage unit is rent on things you stopped using. The month you finally decide to let it go, you want it gone that week, not spread over three trips with a borrowed truck. Rob's crew does the whole unit in one visit. You meet them at the gate or send the code, point at anything coming home with you, and the rest goes into the trailer.

Here's how the Clermont unit went. The door came up on a couch, two planters, a stack of boxes, a mini fridge, a toaster oven, a mop bucket and a few bags of clothes. The trailer was already backed up the drive aisle. Two people loaded from the front of the unit to the back, swept the concrete, and photographed the empty unit for the office. Start to finish, 33 minutes by the timestamps on the photos.

Facilities have their own rules about hours, gate access and where a trailer can sit, so tell Rob the facility name when you book and he'll work around them. If you're handing the unit back the same day, have the office paperwork ready; most want the unit empty, swept and the lock removed. If you can't be there, a gate code and a text with the unit number is enough.

Boxes you haven't opened in years usually hold two kinds of things: papers and photos you'd want, and everything else. Say the word and the crew sets aside anything that looks personal before it goes on the trailer. Furniture that's still good can be pulled for donation the same way.
