South of US-192, which runs through town as 13th Street, the old grid along New York Avenue is pre-war cottages and 1970s ranches on shaded lots with alleys. A roll-off truck can't make the alley. Rob's trailer can, behind his pickup, and it parks beside the detached garage or the shed where the stuff actually is.

North of 192, out the Narcoossee corridor toward Lake Nona, it's master-planned subdivisions where most of the houses are five years old or less. The HOAs there care about what sits at the curb. The trailer goes in the driveway, on rubber, and comes back out on the day you set. Pavers come through clean.

Cottage cleanouts and new-build debris

The downtown cottages produce the deep jobs. A house that held one family for fifty years, a Florida room, a garage, a shed by the alley. That's a 16-yard, and often a second one; Rob swaps a full trailer for an empty one when you text. If lifting isn't in the plan, his crew loads it instead: $350 for a half trailer, $525 for three-quarters, $700 for a full.

The Narcoossee side is builder leftovers and the first garage clear, and later the first furniture swap when the couches wear out. A 14-yard does most of that. Concrete and dirt stay out and go through Rob's dump-truck partners, quoted per job. Paint, oil, propane, pool chemicals and batteries never ride; Osceola residents drop them free at the county's Bass Road facility in Kissimmee or the St. Cloud Transfer Station.

St. Cloud dumpster rental prices and timing

$350 for the 14-yard and $400 for the 16-yard. Three days. Two tons included, $40 for each extra day and $70 per ton over on the card Rob keeps on file. Shingles off a 1970s ranch are the load that gets there. St. Cloud is about 45 minutes out US-192 through Kissimmee, so plan on next day. When a truck is already working Osceola County, Rob can sometimes drop the same day.
