Lake Wales doesn't run its own trucks. The city's solid waste agreement is with Republic Services, and the city's definitions page sets what counts as bulk waste, bulk yard waste, a bundle and a bag. Those definitions are the rules.
The schedule changed twice in 2025: the April agreement set yard and bulk waste to every other week, then a July notice said Republic would resume weekly collection of both. The July notice is the latest word on the city's site.
