Here's the difference from county pickup. Curbside yard waste programs want branches cut short, bundled and set out on the right day, and they cap how much they'll take. Lake County's drop-off centers, for one, won't take yard waste over four feet long or six inches thick. Rob's crew takes it as it lies: whole limbs, forked crotches, the trunk the neighbor cut into rounds, root balls with dirt on them. For a normal pile the crew loads by hand. Timing matters most after weather. A named storm puts everyone on the phone at once, and Rob is honest about the queue. But the ordinary summer thunderstorm that drops one big limb across the driveway is a same-day call in Davenport, Haines City, Loughman and the Four Corners area. Where the pile goes: the county's yard trash rate at the landfill is by the ton, and that trip is inside the flat number, not on top of it.
