The before video walks the unit as it was left and calls out what's leaving: the sofa, the mattresses, the bags, the fridge contents, the punched-out door. It's the record for the deposit file and the one-line reply that starts the job.
The after video walks the same rooms empty and swept, with anything you said to keep still in place. One rental got a new front door and a new lock on the same visit, and that went in the clip too. The lock-up is filmed last, and if you weren't there, the video is how you know the lights are off and the key is where you asked. Property managers running a few buildings keep a folder of them.

Do you charge extra for stairs?
Stairs are built into the flat quote, not added at the door. Tell Rob the floor and whether there's an elevator when you call so the number is right the first time.
What if my complex has rules about trucks?
Tell Rob the gate code, the leasing office's rules and any time window. He's worked with property managers before and will plan the parking so the trailer isn't blocking anyone.
